Openly listen to understand goals and needs, clearly document the requirements to gain consensus with the stakeholders and solidify the project's direction.  

Develop a clear vision for the project including a design concept, and preliminary space plan/layout furniture, finishes, design features along with visuals and estimated budget.

Refine the schematics and create a finalized design with floor and ceiling plans, lighting, built-in features, details, furniture layouts with selected items to scale, finishes, art and accessories, etc.

Material boards, color palettes, 2D and 3D digital or hand renderings for visualization and understanding of the design.  

Communicate and facilitate bidding and  installation of furnishings. Coordinate / select art and provide procurement and installation services if desired. 

Create plans for construction and installation purposes using CAD, and develop specifications for furniture, finishes, and equipment. 

Work with the team to assist in coordination and help to facilitate execution and management of the design and project completion.
